remove office assistant

Hi,
I would like to disable (or remove) office assistant
temporary and then later on enable it again.

Is it possible do it somehow in the registry?

I know about possibility to remove it over, but i don't
want to do it this way.

1. "Add or Remove Features" - "Office Sharef Features" -
"Office Assistant"

2. If the Office Assistant is not visible, click Show the
Office Assistant on the Help menu.
Right-click the Office Assistant, click Options, and then
in the Office Assistant dialog box, click the Options tab.
To make the Office Assistant provide minimal help, click
to clear the Use the Office Assistant check box.
