Remove resources from a project

I am new to Project so please help me: I have a project with some assigned
resources, they have done time cards for three months, now I wish to leave
some ones from it and assigne them to another project. How can I do it?

Hi Elisabetta,

It is not a project that yuses the resources but tasks.
Are your resources still assigned to tasks in the original project?

If not, they are free
If they are you have to remove their allocation.
