Remove '=SMTP:' before recipient's name

I recently tried to connect to an exchange server and receive some of my
emails via RPC over HTTP for remote access for Outlook. Since doing so, my
other email accounts (POP3) accounts, now show '=SMTP:email address' when
sending. How do I get the "prefix" to stop appearing?
