remove sound effect from my presentation

I do not want my presentation slides to produce any sound effect as it moves
from slides to slides.

What do i do.

How did you get the sounds into the presentation and what version do you use?

Assuming you get the same sound every time the slide changes?? try (in v.
2007):

Animations Tab > Transition sound drop down = No sound > Apply to all

In earlier versions you can find this in Slide Show > Slide Transition
