If the theme font pair is one of the 23 different sets of built-in theme
fonts (one for each of the 20 document themes; “Office 2†an alternate for
the default “Office†document theme and "Office Classic†and “Office Classic
2†to reflect the fonts (Times New Roman and Arial) in earlier versions of
Word), you cannot delete it

If the theme font pair is a custom one that you have created, do the
following:
On the Page Layout tab, in the Themes group, click Fonts to display the
Theme Fonts gallery; under Custom at the top of the gallery right click the
custom pair of theme fonts you want to delete and presss Delete on the
shortcut menu

These custom font pairs are stored in the following locations:
C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\Application
Data\Microsoft\Templates\Document Themes\Theme Fonts\*.xml (XP)

C:\Users\User Name\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Templates\Document Themes\Theme
Fonts\*.xml (Vista)

If it's in the Built-in section then you'll find the built-in Them Font sets
here:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Document Themes 12\Theme Fonts

If they are in the Custom section, then right-click the Them Font set and
then click Delete.
