Hello,
Is there a utility to completely remove office products, or what is the best
way to do this?
A client apparently had office xp installed, then office 200 and then tried
to upgrade to office 2003.
However, the windows installer kept appearing when opening office
applications. I used the Windows Installer cleanup Utility to prevent this.
Although it still appears but for not as long. Also, Outlook appears
completely corrupt. Cannot open outlook, even in outlook safe mode, or even
check the mail settings in the control panel.
Removing office from add/remove programs or the cleanup utility has not
solved these problems. Any ideas would be appreciated.
Kind regards,
Jeff
