As many times as I try, i cannot remove the "shared" system symbol from
outlook folders that were never set as shared. Often I will open the folder
and check the permissions to see what has appeared since I last deleted the
permissions (often "anoynmous" or "default") as it will have re-appeared. It
tends to happen when a new folder is created as well, it automatically
appears as a shared folder. Help! its so annoying!
