Removing Read-only from a Publisher Document

I have a file that is read only access and would like to
know the steps I need to take to turn this file into a
regular document so that it may be edited.

I have a file that is read only access and would like to
know the steps I need to take to turn this file into a
regular document so that it may be edited.

It is the same as you do to remove read-only from any file.
Note: If the file is on a CD or other read-only medium, you cannot remove
the read-only attribute

Right-click the file in Windows Explorer, click Properties
Uncheck "Read-Only"
Click Apply, OK
