Repeat Cell Data

Can I enter data into a cell and have that data entered into a different cell
at the same time. For instance:

If I enter "5" into cell "A1" it would automatically enter "5" into cell "D1"

I'am trying to save time entering data into a document that has a lot of
repeated cell entries.
