How can I have my template repeat on each page of a file? In effect, I'd like
to create template that repeats itself on each page of a document. I want to
be able to fill out a form on one page then goto the next page and have the
template there ready to be filled out again, and so on for as many pages as
needed. I also need to be able to simply email this single file with all it's
similar but separate pages for easy printing of the forms by the email
receiver. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
