repetitive emails -Please Help!

I send out an inventory quote to the same email address with the an
attachment with the same name once a day, every day. Is there any way
to automate this (or at least some of it)in outlook?

In case this is not explained well here is an example: Everyday I send
an email to Company A. I have a file that changes from day to day with
our inventory stock named A. Is there a way to send an email to Company
A with the current copy of attachment A without sending each email each
day?

Thank you for all your great suggestions I am trying some of the
programs and your vb suggestion to see which works best for me.
