Reply messages outlook 2007: Signature or Quick Parts ?

I'd like to setup a template for reply-messages and have tried signatures and
quick parts, by both i got some small problems.

Signature: By inserting an automatic signature i got 2 blank lines above the
signature, any idea to remove them automatic? (Maybe with a VBA script?)

Quick parts: Is there a way to add them automatic to a reply-message?

Then i tried to combinate both together (signature for the footer, quick
parts for the greeting (we use different greetings)), all works fine, the
only problem is the place i insert the quick part is the blank line above the
signature and i dont find a way to format them (i would like to set the with
to 640px, not the full window size)

Any other ideas? I need to have a template for replies without this 2 blank
lines on the top and it should be automatic on ervery reply message.

Thanks, Regina

If it should be automatic for every reply message, I would use VBA.
Depending on what you are trying to achieve, it sounds like you can fully
automate this replying system as well without any human interaction (sorry,
if that means that you'll lose your job...).

Thanks, Robert
It only should be the footer automatic, the rest is flexible, only some
rules, e.g. the width... tried with css styles, but outlook doesn't keep the
formats for body. So i guess i cannot prevent to use VBA. But im happy to
keep my job ;-)

Not sure why you want to restrict the width but you can also try it with a
table and then hide the borders.
