Reply or forward HTML msg then try to insert - Outlook 2000 crashes

If I reply to an HTML message and then try to insert anything - Outlook 2000 crashes. Using Win 2000 Prof. All critical updates and updates for Office have been applied.

Do you have the error number and/or message that's displayed upon crashing? Or is this a case of going straight to the desktop with no "excuse"?
