Can anyone explain why the "Reply with changes..." button is grey when in
PowerPoint? What do I have to do to use this feature?

It is a button on the toolbar; I selected the button from the "Customize"
option on the Toolbar Menu (left click on toolbar to view) nd dragged it to
the toolbar to add it. It was listed in the "File" category.

It's only going to work if someone has sent you a presentation using the Send
to,
Mail Recipient (for review) feature.

Hello!

Even when I prepare a presentation and use the Send to... Mail Recipient
(for review) option, the Reply with changes button is greyed out. When I
open the PPT presentation that has been sent, I get a window that asks
whether I want to merge changes to the presentation back into "Source of
file", with the options Yes, No, or No, and don't ask again. I have tried
selecting 'yes' once and 'no' once, and neither option seems to give me the
option to Reply with changes.

I am confused!
