I noticed recently (probably has been like that all the time though as I just started using Preview Pane) that when I hit Reply on a message I am reading from the "Preview Pane" versus actually opening the message I don't get the entire contents of the message added to my reply. Instead only the address heading and subject but the body is not there. Is this a known bug or is suppose to be that way.

Open Entourage preferences under Entourage in the Menu bar. Select Reply &
Forward. If you ˆ Include entire message in reply, this might give you what
you want. You can also highlight the portion you want included in your
reply. This link will help in making your selection for where you sig goes.

I suggest you try out the 3 pane view (Preview pane on right) This will give
you more options. You can use custom arrangement in the middle pane to help
you with your views.
