Replying to a message

I have a user that would like the cursor to go directly to the message body when she replies to a message. It currently goes to the "TO" line. Only on hers though. On all of the other users, it goes to the subject body. I would like to know how to make it go to the subject body whenever she replies (if there is an option for it).
