report prints too many pages

I have a report that is based on a select query. The query selects
specific records with lots of y, n, or n/a answers. The report
produced uses Dcount to count the number of answers for each
question. First page works great, which is the only page I need. The
problem is if there are 30 records selected in the query the report is
30 pages long. The first page has the data I need but all the other
pages contain "error" in the dcount spaces. Is there any way to tell
access to only print the first page. I am still using Access 97.
Thanks,
Dale

I expect the issue is the record source of the report. If all you need is
totals from DCount(), then I don't think you need any record source.

I think there may be a better solution than using many DCount()s since the
domain aggregate functions are not very efficient.
