Reporting to Non-project users

I have multiple projects embedded into a master project or programme sheet
and I use a resource pool. I am using MSP 2000. I am looking for a way to
report resource usage to non-project users (all my stakeholders). Ideally I
would like to email just one months worth of information. I have tried
printing to acrobat (exports whole date range and poor quality), I have also
tried to copy and paste to excel.

Some more advanced suggestions than copy and paste may be in order. I am not
familiar with VBA but if your suggestion is clearly explained I'm sure I
could follow steps.

TIA

Jan,

Acrobat would be fine however it will not just print a specified date range.
Despite specifing the date range it insists on printing everything from the
dawn of time to the end of the year. I have read the link. I have tried
saving as a web page but if you make a gif file of a months view it's very
hard to view. I do prefer the acrobat option if something could be done about
the date range. Thanks for your help anyway.

Hi,

Printing (to Acrobat or however) only prints the timescale you define in
Print... for instance only one month.
Notwithstanding this, have a look at

Hi,

I don't understand.
I don't have Adobe, but I use one of these free pdf things called cutepdf
and it works.
PDF printers are supposed to print the same you would have on paper aren't
they?
Does it work on paper?
