Reports not opening

The reports created in a MS Access database are not opening. Also the icon to
open a new report in design view is not working either. I think it something
related to the settings, but I can quite figure it out.

I tried to put the security level in Low but it did not work.Any help is
appreciated.

This is almost always due to either not having a default printer defined in
the Windows Control Panel or an old printer driver.
