i need to type a report for school inthe correct format like
paragraghs,puncuations,grammer etc... that were i type my rough copy that it
will automatically conform to the correct format . is this possible or am i
dreaming help i am using office professional 2003

As Milly stated, you WILL need to learn how to spell, use correct
punctuation and also learn to proofread! But you might also want to
check out Microsoft Student 2006...software specifically designed for
homework documents and adds more formatting that helps you get the job
done faster/better.
