Sorry, but no, you can't. You can "print" it to a PDF file if you have PDF
writing software (Adobe Acrobat writer or other software). In no case will
it be an editable version.

Just to add one comment to Jack's reply. Any report can be replicated
(and exported) through the use of VBA. Obviously this does require some
knowledge of VBA, but it does "fill the gap" of limited flexibility when
working with some aspects of Project (e.g. built-in Reprots).
How do I show the current date (today's date) on the html export. I would
like it to appear in the header along with the Project start date and Project
finish date.
