Does anyone know where the report generator gets the information that it
displays at the top of the report? And how to modify that?

Hi kfedeng,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup :)

The title of the built-in reports is hard coded, though the project name
comes from the name that you give the project. You can create you own
report whence the title will be what you give it. Headers and Footers can
be changed from the Page setup dialog.
