Scenario:
1. All the settings for accessing online help/services are correct.
2. I can add a research service or site at home or via our vendor line.
3. Even after adding Safari HelpDesk online at home, I receive the "This
service did not respond" error message if I try to use it at work.
4. We also can't utilize online help via the taskpane. I can go straight
to the web site without any problems, but can't use Help.
Our vendor line and our network, per our security coordinator, is behind the
same firewall, so anything that travels through one will go through the
other. He did mention that the vendor line does not examine which headers
are 'known" and our regular network does.
Does anyone have any information regarding header requirements for the task
panes to return results?
Thanks,
