Resize drawing and text together

I have done a drawing using powerpoint 2002 and grouped all the bits and have
place a text/textbox and have grouped everything after i finalised my work
(drawing with text on top).

I want to be a to rescale this piece of work (both drawing and text)
together for eg, make it half the size or double/triple (drawing and text at
the same time). I cannot do this i have tried many things but i end up making
it small/big but the writing stays where it is and stays as the original font
size.

Right-click the group and choose Save Picture As. Choose WMF from the 'save
as type' options. Then insert that WMF onto your slide. You should be able
to resize it.

EMF should also work.
