resize mulitple pictures - download?

Earlier this year someone sent me a link to a download on this site to resize
multiple picts, which I did and it works great. Now, when I am in a foldera
and I select multiple picts, and hit the right button, the menu shows
"Resize" as an option. It allows me chose chose resizing to small, med,
large (copies or overwrite).

Now, I am trying to find the download to make sure people on my team have it
and use it. I need help finding this little downloadable feature.

It's a Microsoft download and offhand I don't remember the site
but

Microsoft Resize

in Google should find it.
