Resolving Exchange Server sender names at home

K

knakni

I am using Outlook 2002 in one notebook in the office (Exchange Server
and Internet Mail) and at home (Internet Mail Only) in two profiles
addressing the same pst files.
Trying to repond at home to messages received in the office from
addresses on the Exchange Server results in names not resolving.
Clicking these unresolvable names shows 'The name of distribution list
has been deleted or is no longer a valid address book entry'.
Any solutions to this?

No. Since you are probably replying to other people on the Exchange server.
When you are replying to them without the Exchange server Outlook can't
resolve their SMTP addresses as this isn't used internally and therefore
isn't stored in the message. To reply to people from the Exchange
organisation either have the Exchange server available or replace their
names with their SMTP addresses.
