When I click on Resource Availability, View Assignment Work by Resource I am
still seeing projects that are 100%. I only want to see projects that the
resource is assigned to if the project is < 100% complete, any ideas??

Try creating a new Filter as per your requirement and connect it with %
complete of the project.

That screen doesn't have any filter options. Would I create the filter
somewhere else?

Hi L,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup :)

You might like to have a look at my series on Microsoft Project in the
TechTrax ezine, particularly #22 on Using Filters, at this site:
http://tinyurl.com/2xbhc or this:
http://pubs.logicalexpressions.com/Pub0009/LPMFrame.asp?CMD=ArticleSearch&AUTH=23
(Perhaps you'd care to rate the article before leaving the site, :)
Thanks.)

FAQs, companion products and other useful Project information can be seen at
this web address: <http://www.mvps.org/project/>

Hope this helps - please let us know how you get on :)

Mike,
My issue is with the view in Project Web Access. These articles appear to
be for Project Professional. I have found them to be great though and
helpful for some other questions I had!!

Hi,

That is why there is a complete lack of understanding I'm afraid. There is
specific newsgroup for Project Server matters
microsoft.public.project.server
When you choose to post here people assume you are NOT talking about PWA.
So better challenge the server gurus in the appropriate NG.
