Hello

I would like to, at a glance, in a single view ( across all projects that
are linked) be able to see when a resource is becoming available as well as
where there is under or over utilisation - is there such an option?

If you merge the projects or share the same resource pool between them,
you'll be able to see a Resource Graph that does what you want.

In the resource pool file, the Resource Usage View (RUV) has a rich set of
metrics in the right pane. Right click to see Work (assigned work),
Overallocation, Remaining Availability etc.. You can customoze this RUV to
display these metrics.
