resource planning in MS project 2003

I have 3 persons working on the same project. The amount of work is 133 days.
The first 2 people work 90 % of their time. The third one 60% ( 3 days).
I want to enter them as different entities.
And last but not least they have vacations at different times.
Can MS project handle that? And how? I consider the people to be equally
skilled

Hi

i would enter them as three separate resources in the resource sheet -
double click on them to edit their working time to enter their holidays (and
make notes so that the holidays can be easily identified without having to
go searching through their calendars) and then when i assigned them to the
tasks (using task entry view) i would nominate the amount of that i wanted
them to work on that task in the unit column.

you might like to check out Mike Glen's excellent series of project
tutorials at www.tinyurl.com/2xbhc or

for more ideas on working with resources.

Also Jan de Messemaeker has an alternative approach for dealing with
non-working time at his web site at
http://users.online.be/prom-ade/index.htm - following the "microsoft
project" link.

Hope this helps
cheers
