Resource pool problems

When I share resources across projects in a resource pool, all of the
resources in the pool are added to the individual projects. I'd like
to either 1) prevent resources in the pool from being added to
individual projects or 2) filter the resources so only those working on
an individual project are seen. Some resources are on many projects
and others are only on one project so when I try to filter by project,
resources that are on multiple projects only appear on one project.
Note: I want all the resources in the pool but I don't want every
resource in every project. Can anyone help me?

Hi,

Close the pool and you will only see the resoruces actually used in the
project.
