Resource Pool Sharing

I connected several projects to one main resouce pool, in which everyone
assigns resources to their specific tasks but I seem to be having a problem
because one of the files will not allow the person managing that file to see
the resource names listed to assign the resources. Do you have any
suggestions, why this is happening?

Jackie,
Is this person included in the resources of that exact project? If not I
suggest added whoever in.
