resource to be allocated simultaneously

i have resources assigned for a certain task and want to allocate
them for that task at the same time and not as it seem to be done
by the leveler scattered around as it seem to see fits
is there any such criteria to be set?

As for Rresource leveling, yes, the option exists.
In the Leveling window, check out "Project can adjust individual
assignments..."
