Resource Usage not showing work correctly

Looking at the resource usage view across several projects, sometimes
the work value for a resource is not accurate. I've read that this view
has its problems. I have 2 questions

1- Does the Actual Work values also not shown correctly sometimes in
resource usage view?
2- Is there a way to view Actual Work for a resource in PWA besides in
Portfolio Analyzer? Is there a way to add actual work field to the
Resource Availability view?
