Resource Usage View: Filter Timephased Grid?

J

JEzell

Friends,

Using MS Project Pro 2003.

I have a schedule that spans Fiscal Years. I want to view Actual Work in
the Resource Usage view, but to have the timephased grid start its display at
Oct 1 2006, rather than from the Project Start (in 2005). Filters seem to
affect only the table data, but not the timephased range.

Is there a way to "hide" the earlier data so as not to have to scroll to the
current FY? I haven't been able to build a filter to do it. Is this a job
for....VBA?

Thanks for any suggestions.

Hi,

When printing use File, Print and select the date range you want. To jump to
a date use F5 or Ctrl+G and enter the date. In VBA use the EditGoto method
with either an id number or a date.

Thanks, Rod! I know about the date range when printing, but didn't really
want to print the schedule. The F5/Ctrl+G tip is news to me. I like it!
And I'll give the VBA a shot.

Thanks for your time.
