Resource Utilization Reporting

In Project 2007 - is there a report or some way to track the percent of
resource utilization over all projects a company is working on?

I'm searching for a way to know what percent of the time my resources are
booked.

The only way I know is to either use a shared resource pool then
review the Resource useage view within the pool. You can also set the
resource graph up to give you cumulative graphs which arent bad.
