ResourceAssignment MSP 2003

I am new to MSP 2003 and EPM 2003. I am trying to find information on how
the software assigns resources (the logic). Can anyone point me toward
anything that describes this?

Hi Rick,

Before digging further, it is best to realize that that is exactly what
Project doesn't do.
It calculates a lot of things based on the resources you assign to the
tasks.
