resources group

Hi there,

I am using MS Project 2003 and I wonder how can I create a "group of
resources" do automatize following case. Let's say, I've got 2
consultants and 4 tasks with different priorities. I don't care if
consulatant A will be assigned to task1, 2 or to 4. For me the most
important is that first available consultant (from my pool of 2 guys)
should be assigned to the task according to task and its priority.

Any idea? Plugins?

Hi,

First, this unfortunately is not how Project works, is always asks for a
human intervention to assign a resource.
And unfortunately again, I do not know of any addin that does this.
It can be written but I do not know anybody who would have done it.

You can always ssign the task to "consultants" but then it will not be
assigned to one of them.
It's either or.
