Resources still red after leveling

Hi,

I'm trying to level someone else's existing plan and I'm doing it one
resource at a time so I can make assignment adjustments as needed. But for
some resources they get leveled but remain red. When I look at their tasks
that are red some are 8 hours or less (they are set for 8 hour work days).

Can anyone tell me why they remain red and how to solve that? Thanks in
advance for your help.

Hi,

A resource is "red" when it is overallocated during a period of AT LEAST ONE
MINUTE.
So, when you have two meetings both scheduled 8-10, you may well only show 4
h of work that day but for Project you are overallocated - and in fact you
are unless you have the gift of bilocation.

If you want leveling to color all resources black you have to level "minute
by minute".
