Restore Back up file

I have a back up file (bkf) but when I try to restore it give me this message.
Backup file requested: Back up name: BackupNorma 9-16-05.bkf created
9/16/2005 at 11:20 AM
Disk Number 1

The bakup file couln not be found or is not the file that was requested.

Please verify this is the correct location for the backup
C:\Backup for Drawings\BackupNorma 9-16-05.bkf (then there is the 'browse'
button and I select the file but I still get the same message.

Can anyone help.

The "backup file" was not created using any application contained in MS
Office. I would suggest you try posting to one of the groups that help
with problems using the operating system. The operating system you are
using will be part of the name just as "office" is part of this groups
name. You may want to include thing like how the "backup" was made and
where you are trying to "restore from".
