Restored computer, cant reinstall office xp

I had to restore my computer and now i cant reinstall my
office xp student edition. when i enter the product key
it wont accept it, it says that it has already been
installed on this computer. i dont know what to do.

You have to obtain a new cd-key for current settings...or
you need to do a clean format c:\ with reinstallation of
all software.
