Restrickting from field

Hi,

When you create new email, you can click option and tick
FROM field.

It will be add FROM field and you can use address book to
pick up any name.

Are their any options or policy to restrict this function?

Using Exchange server? This should not be possible by default - someone has
changed the permissions. What version of Exchange? Follow the KB 262054 to
see where permissions might be set - and remove groups that shouldn't be
there.
