retrievable forms inforpath/sharepoint

Can any suggest a resource I can research in order to create an infopath
form, published and hosted on sharepoint 2007, where the user can part
complete the form, save it, and retrieve it to finish it later.

The form will have over a 100 different end users doing this and they should
only ever be able to view their own data/form.

Any help is much appreciated!!
