Retrieval of deletd folder from Outlook Express

I had created some folders in my outlook express in addition to the standard
folders like Inbox, sent box etc.

Two days ago, by mistake i had deleted one such folder by pressing SHIFT +
DELETE. I have then shut down my system. Is it possible to retrieve the
folder now.

Any suggestions?

Not very likely. You can try an undelete tool to search for it though.
