retrieve .pst files

It appears that my incoming mail is deleted from my inbox after a certain
amout of time. Maybe a week. How can I retrieve my old incoming mail?

Probably you have your 'auto archive' set up. It is set

by default to archive every 14 days. If you
hit 'tools' 'options' and then the 'other' tab you can
stop archive it altogether or set it up as you wish. On
the same tab it tells you where it archived them to.
