Retrieving Emails Locally

Currently having issue with not receiving emails through
local server. Can access from internet which pulls from
same server. Using XP and Outlook 2003.

Any ideas to fix problem.

First you have to describe the symptoms. What, if any, error messages are
displayed? What behavior are you seeing? What type of account? Are the
account settings correct? Etc., etc.
