Return Address doesn't P:rint

When I open the Envelopes and Labels window, my Return
Address shows up ok. I enter the destination address and
then Print. The Return Address is missing from the
envelope. It used to Print out just fine. (Word 2002)

Microsoft would appresciate any help in getting their s/w
working more reliably, and so would I.

the Return Address information that says "Omit"... You've made sure it isn't
checked? If it is checked, the return address won't print. Otherwise, I
don't know why it wouldn't print.

Hrm. The only other thing I can think to make sure the font color isn't
white.

I finally figured out what was happening. Somehow the
envelope size got changed from 10 to 14 and the return
address was off the top of a size 10 envelope. I figured
it out when I put an A size sheet of paper in the printer
and saw the distance to the return address. I don't know
how the envelope size got changed. I don't think I did
it since the only envelope size I print is size 10.
