return address on envelopes

no matter what I do or don't do, the return address will not print on the envelop (it used to, and has ceased!) I've tried changing the default, omitting and un-omitting, clearing and re-typing, and nothing will make it print.

which version of Word?

Did you try typing something in the "Return addres" box? And it won't print that, either?

How about if you choose to add the envelope to a document? Does it show up, then?
