Return key sends form

Using FP2002
I have a reply form http://www.qer.biz/quoteorder.htm on my site which sends
me an email
I often get part completed forms, usually followed by a completed form.
I've noticed that if you fill in a field and press the ENTER / RETURN key
(which you might do to go to the next field) it sends the form.
I want the user to only send once the form is complete
Any suggestions?

Use form validation.

Make at least the last field required so they can't send before it is
filled out.
