Reverse Page Order in Word

I have an 18 page document that is my lesson plans for the first
semester. Each page has a header and a table with three columns and 6
rows.

When I made the document as I went through the last semester, I put the
most recent week at the beginning of the document. Now I want to have it
reversed - first week at the first of the document - last week at the
end. Is there a VBA process that could do this? I don't know how to do
it without VBA. I might have to recreate the whole thing copying page by
page.

Hi,
Not being able to see the document - you said TABLE, then go to menu TABLE
and select SORT on the DATE column ASCENDING or DESCENDING or alphabetically
or as you wish.

Should do the trick if it is a TABLE.

Display the document in outline view. In the 'Show Level' drop down, select
the heading level you used for the page headings (so only the headings are
displayed, not the tables under the headings. If the headings contain the
dates in a sortable format, select all, then use Sort from the Table menu;
if not, just drag the headings into the order you want.

Ooooo! That was sweet! Worked like a charm. Thanks so much. This was a
great new thing to learn.
