Why does the "Reviewing Toolbar" keep reappearing in all Office Programs even though it has been "deselected" ??

Hi Lois,

The primary cause is due to sending files as attachments in Outlooks
2002/2003. It has an option to automatically add AdHocReview
properties to the documents which causes the Reviewing toolbar to
surface.
